Alligator Books (a trading name of Alligator Publishing Limited) was founded by Managing Directors Andrew H. Rabin and Neil Rodol in November 1999.

Currently, Alligator publishes an extensive range of children’s fiction and non-fiction books, ranging from much-loved children’s classics, a vast selection of reference books, colouring and activity books, and early learning books.

Alligator’s diverse catalogue continues to expand at a rapid rate and, in addition to publishing, now includes, pop-up books, colouring sets, carry along colouring sets, sticker fun sets and fridge magnets.

More recently, Alligator Books purchased a sizeable range of non-fiction titles from Chrysalis Children’s Books and the complete list of Pinwheel. The beautifully illustrated books will add a new dimension to Alligator Books’ generic publishing programme, broadening the company’s extensive range of titles even further.
